Job summary

Loadmode LLC is hiring experienced OTR company drivers for SOLO and TEAM roles across the continental U.S. Expect regular routes with consistent miles and strong pay, including 24/7 dispatcher support and no forced dispatch.

Vehicles are mostly 2023–2026 trucks, with dedicated lanes coast to coast and no-touch freight. We offer weekly pay, a fast first paycheck, and fully equipped, well‑maintained cargo vans and dry van trailers.

Qualifications

• Minimum1-2 years+ CDL Class A experience.
• No DUI or SAP history whatsoever.
• Must pass the road test.

• Operate OTR routes across 48 states with dedicated lanes.
• Maintain consistent miles and strong pay for solo and team drivers.
• No forced dispatch; dispatchers help maximize miles and efficiency.

We are hiring experienced OTR company SOLO and TEAM DRIVERS!

Regular Routes + Consistent Miles + Constant and Great Pay + Great Miles + Stability

We offer a great team of experienced dispatchers to provide miles and dedicated lanes

• $1-1.20 per mile for each TEAM DRIVER for all dispatched miles(loaded and deadhead)
• SOLO 72-75 cents per mile
• Weekly pay, and first paycheck the very next week
• 6500-7000+ miles per week consistently for teams
• Mostly 2023-2026 fully equipped and well-maintained trucks
• 24/7 no forced dispatch support that will keep you rolling(no forced dispatch)
• Dedicated lanes in all 48 states,
• Coast to coast dedicated lanes, including (GA to CA, CA to MS, FL to NJ etc)
• No-touch freight
• DRY VAN 53' trailer
• Fuel covered
• Minimum cycle: 3 weeks out
• Covered travel expenses
