CDL-A OTR Truck Driver - Solo & Team Positions

Join Our OTR Team

We are hiring experienced CDL-A OTR truck drivers for solo and team positions. If you're looking for consistent miles, competitive pay, reliable communication, and newer equipment, we'd like to hear from you.

SOLO DRIVER PAY

Choose the pay option that works best for you:

• $0.80 per mile
• OR $2,200 weekly flat pay
• $3,000 sign-on bonus
• $150 weekly winter OTR bonus
• $1,500 Winter Holidays completion bonus

TEAM DRIVER PAY

• $1.20 per truck mile - split between the two team drivers
• OR $2,500 weekly flat pay per driver
• $3,000 sign-on bonus per driver
• $125 weekly winter OTR bonus per driver
• $1,500 Winter Holidays completion bonus
