Job summary

Veriha Trucking, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A driver to operate tractor-trailer configurations for OTR freight across the United States. You will be responsible for loading/unloading when needed, maintaining compliance with DOT safety standards, and ensuring accurate freight documentation.

Responsibilities include performing cargo procedures as required and performing routine inspections of brakes, tires, and other critical systems to guarantee safe operation on the road.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A from any US state (or foreign CDL with ability to obtain US Class A in 60 days)
• 12 months of experience required

Responsibilities

• Drive a tractor-trailer or 26,001+ lb capacity truck to haul freight OTR in the U.S.
• Load and unload freight when necessary
• Keep proper freight documentation and comply with DOT/safety guidelines
• Follow cargo-related procedures as required
• Regularly inspect brakes, tires and other mechanical functions for safe operation
