Smith Transport is seeking experienced CDL-A OTR drivers for consistent freight and flexible scheduling options. You can choose weekends home, or longer runs with higher earning potential, with industry-leading equipment and strong driver support.

Key benefits include annual gross pay of $55,000–$85,000, multiple home-time options, and per diem pay. Orientation with lodging provided and access to a private hotel room are included as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 6 months of CDL-A OTR experience.
• DOT drug & alcohol regulations compliance required.

Fuel Requirements

• Age 21+
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months recent CDL-A OTR experience
• Safe parking location for truck & trailer at home OR ability to park at a terminal
• Any candidate who has violated the Department of Transportation’s drug & alcohol regulations must have completed the Substance Abuse Professional program before applying.
