Smith Transport is seeking experienced CDL-A OTR drivers to haul direct customer freight with no brokered loads. You can choose from several home-time options and a schedule that fits your lifestyle, including weekends home or longer runs with higher earning potential.

Pay options range from 0.55 to 0.65 CPM with various home-time patterns, and full benefits are offered. Orientation is paid, and modern equipment with strong driver support are provided.

Fuel Requirements

• Age 21+
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months recent CDL-A OTR experience
• Safe parking location for truck & trailer at home OR ability to park at a terminal
• Any candidate who has violated the Department of Transportation’s drug & alcohol regulations must have completed the Substance Abuse Professional program before applying.
