Smith Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR drivers for consistent freight and flexible scheduling options. You can choose weekends home or longer runs with higher earning potential, with direct customer freight, no brokered loads, and industry-leading equipment.

Terminals located nationwide with paid orientation, travel and lodging arranged, private hotel room, and meals provided. Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and vacation pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ and valid CDL-A license.
• Minimum 6 months of recent CDL-A OTR experience.
• Ability to park at home or near a terminal for safe parking.
• Must meet DOT drug/alcohol regulations and SAP if applicable.

• Choose your pay & schedule: $0.55 CPM – Home weekends (48 hours)
• $0.60 CPM – Weekday home time

Fuel Requirements

• Age 21+
• Valid Class A CDL

• Any candidate who has violated the Department of Transportation’s drug & alcohol regulations must have completed the Substance Abuse Professional program before applying.
