Job summary

Covenant Transport, Inc. is seeking CDL-A TEAM DRIVERS for home time weekly or every other week depending on your domicile. We are a leader in team freight with strong support for teaming and a path to consistent runs.

Compensation includes up to $0.74 per mile (based on verified experience), a minimum of $0.52 per mile, and average weekly earnings of $1,300–$1,850. A sign-on bonus of $8,000 is available for true teams meeting conditions.

• CDL-A required with team driving experience.
• Pay based on verified experience.
• Must meet DOT and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a CDL-A team driver.
• Home time weekly or every other week according to domicile.
• Maintain safety and DOT compliance.

CDL-A TEAM DRIVER | HOME WEEKLY OR EVERY OTHER WEEK | UP TO $0.74/MILE

Home Time: Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver's domicile.

CDL-A Team Drivers needed in your area. Covenant is the top teaming carrier in transportation. We've built our business on teaming and we are the leader in team freight.

Compensation

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74/mile. Pay is based on verified experience.
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52/mile. Pay is based on verified experience.
• Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 - $1,850
• $8,000 sign on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver). Must have previously teamed together for 90 days. CA, FL, LA, and MS drivers excluded. Must also have not previously received a sign on bonus from Covenant.

• On the 1st day of the month following 60 days of active service, you may elect to participate in the following employee benefit plans: Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life, Optional STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Accounts.
• Following 180 days of active service, you may elect to participate in the company’s 401(k) plan. If you miss the deadline, you will not be able to elect benefits until open enrollment of each year.
