Job summary

Navajo Express is looking for drivers to run OTR refrigerated freight across our network, with 99% no-touch loads and an average of 2,600–3,000 miles per week. The role offers top pay, benefits, and a strong driver support network.

We provide full health benefits, a pet and rider policy, guaranteed hometime, and late-model equipment with bumper-to-bumper coverage. ISAAC ELD is in use, with lease options on newer trucks available.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Good MVR; review on a case-by-case basis.
• No DUI/DWI in past 3 years, and no felony in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' reefer trailers to service the contiguous 48 states.
• Maintain ~2,600–3,000 miles per week with 99% no-touch loads.
• Earn 1 day of hometime for every week out, with options to adjust hometime.

What You'll Do

• Run OTR refrigerated freight across our network with 99% no-touch loads
• Average 2,600–3,000 miles per week
• Earn 1 day of hometime for every week out, with new hometime options to get home more or stay out and earn more

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
