Job summary

Navajo Express, a third-generation family-owned carrier celebrating 45 years in business, is seeking qualified truck drivers to run OTR refrigerated freight across our network.

You’ll average 2,600–3,000 miles per week with 99% no-touch loads, enjoy guaranteed hometime, and benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, plus pet and rider policy.

Top drivers earn $85,000–$90,000 per year with opportunities to learn our ISAAC ELD and lease programs on newer trucks.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI within the past 3 years, and no felony within the past 5 years.
• Credible work history.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' reefer trailers across the contiguous 48 states.
• Run 2,600–3,000 miles per week with 99% no-touch loads.
• Maintain safe driving practices and meet company safety standards.
• Take advantage of guaranteed hometime and flexible hometime options.

What You'll Do

• Run OTR refrigerated freight across our network with 99% no-touch loads
• Average 2,600-3,000 miles per week
• Earn 1 day of hometime for every week out, with new hometime options to get home more or stay out and earn more

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
