Pay Structure Breakdown

• 0 – 1 Year Experience: $0.54 CPM
• 2 Years Experience: $0.55 CPM
• 3 Years Experience: $0.56 CPM
• 4 Years Experience: $0.57 CPM
• 5+ Years Experience: $0.58 CPM
• Weekly Earnings Target: $1,519 avg ($1,870 top weekly)
• Annual Projections: $78,988 average up to $97,240 top annual

Fleet Operations

• Weekly Output: ~2,500 miles weekly target
• Cargo Specs: 100% hands-off dry van freight
• Dock Procedures: Mix of drop & hook and live loading/unloading
• Coverage Area: Non-Northeast 48-state OTR network
