Location: Phoenix, AZ. USA
Pay: $90,000 - $112,000 Yearly | Starting at $0.65 - $0.70 CPM

CDL‑A drivers can make $90,000–$112,000 a year, earning $0.65–$0.70 per mile while running steady OTR miles on a reliable 21‑on / 7‑off schedule. The fleet hauls 100% no‑touch dry van freight, avoids NYC and international routes, and uses late‑model trucks with up‑to‑date safety and tracking tech. Drivers get solid weekly averages, quarterly safety bonuses, and a full benefits package with PTO, 401(k) match, health insurance, and company‑paid life insurance. The role is best for those with nine months of recent OTR experience and a focus on safe, dependable driving.

Pay & Earnings

• $90,000 - $112,000 yearly
• $0.65 - $0.70 starting pay / all miles paid / loaded & empty
