Job summary

ASB Freight Co. is seeking Class A CDL drivers for OTR solo routes and mentor opportunities. Solo drivers earn 0.45–0.55 CPM, typically 10–14 days out, with no-touch freight and consistent miles, plus weekly pay and home time between trips.

Qualified experienced drivers can mentor new CDL holders for extra pay. Mentor pay includes 0.45–0.55 CPM base, 0.10 CPM while mentoring, and up to +0.10 CPM productivity incentives, with additional bonuses and priority mileage.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• At least 21 years old.
• 3+ months tractor-trailer experience for experienced Solo/Mentor applicants.
• Must meet DOT and company qualification requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an OTR driver on solo routes or mentor new CDL holders during training.
• Maintain no-touch freight where applicable and follow safety guidelines.
• Achieve consistent miles with weekly pay and home time between trips.
• Participate in the mentor program to earn additional compensation and incentives.
