ASB Freight Co. is expanding its Class A CDL driving team for over-the-road solo and mentor opportunities. The role features no-touch freight, consistent miles, weekly pay, and the possibility to earn extra by mentoring new CDL holders.

Solo drivers typically stay out 10–14 days with home time between trips. Mentor positions offer additional CPM incentives and productivity bonuses, with opportunities for training newer drivers while continuing to run OTR.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experienced Solo/Mentor applicants need 3+ months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch freight on OTR routes.
• Mentor new CDL holders while continuing to run OTR.
