American Driver LLC in the Kansas City area is seeking Class A drivers for steady OTR freight, home weekly for a 34-hour reset, and a mentor-trained start for new grads. The region features a consistent planner and mostly drop-and-hook freight to simplify life on the road.

Expect about 2,000 miles weekly with weekly pay via direct deposit. Trucks are assigned, automatic or 10-speed, and dispatch is available 24/7 for support.

Qualifications

• Must hold Class A CDL in home state.
• New grads or experienced drivers welcome; mentor-based training.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.

Pay

• About $1,400 a week, roughly $72,800 a year
• Higher regional pay scale, mileage-based

Your week

OTR lanes out of the Kansas City area, majority drop-and-hook. Home weekly on a 34-hour reset. Same planner in the region, consistent freight, day and night dispatch.

New driver path

Your truck

Assigned and take-home, automatic or 10-speed, about 1.5 years old, 24/7 dispatch.

Requirements

• New grad (120+ hours) or verifiable experience
