Job summary

Covenant Transport is hiring CDL-A Team Drivers. Home time is weekly or every other week depending on domicile.

You can earn up to $0.74 per mile and as low as $0.52 per mile, with average weekly earnings between $1,300 and $1,850. A true-team $8,000 sign-on bonus ($4,000 per driver) applies to eligible pairs; excludes FL and CA. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401(k).

• No critical accidents in the last year.

CDL-A TEAM DRIVER | HOME WEEKLY OR EVERY OTHER WEEK | UP TO $0.74/MILE

Home Time: Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver's domicile

CDL-A Team Drivers needed. Covenant is the top teaming carrier in transportation. We've built our business on teaming and we are the leader in team freight.

Compensation

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74/mile (based on verified experience)
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52/mile (based on verified experience)
• Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 - $1,850
• $8,000 sign‑on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver). Must have previously teamed together for 90 days. FL and CA based drivers excluded.

Following 180 days of active service, you may elect to participate in the company's 401(k) plan. If you miss the deadline, you will not be able to elect benefits until open enrollment of each year.

Basic Requirements

• Must have a valid Class A License
• Moving Violations: No more than 1 serious traffic violation in the last year.
• Accidents: No critical accidents in the last year
• DUI: None in the last 4 years
