Job summary

Covenant Transport is seeking CDL-A team drivers in the United States. Home time is weekly or every other week depending on domicile, with robust teaming opportunities and industry-leading benefits.You can earn up to $0.74 per mile, with a guaranteed minimum of $0.52, and weekly average earnings of $1,300–$1,850. A true team sign-on bonus of $8,000 ($4,000 per driver) applies if teams have worked together 90 days. Covenant treats drivers as people, not numbers.

CDL-A TEAM DRIVER | HOME WEEKLY OR EVERY OTHER WEEK | UP TO $0.74/MILE

Home Time: Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver's domicile

Compensation

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74/mile (based on verified experience)
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52/mile (based on verified experience)
• Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 - $1,850
• $8,000 sign‑on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver). Must have previously teamed together for 90 days. FL and CA based drivers excluded.

Following 180 days of active service, you may elect to participate in the company's 401(k) plan. If you miss the deadline, you will not be able to elect benefits until open enrollment of each year.
