Job summary

Covenant is seeking CDL-A TEAM DRIVERS in Charleston, WV, with home time weekly or every other week based on domicile. You can earn up to 0.74 per mile, 0.52 per mile minimum, plus $75 for every clean DOT inspection and typical weekly earnings of $1,300–$1,850.

A true team sign-on bonus of $8,000 ($4,000 per driver) is offered if the teams have ran together for 90 days. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) after 180 days, and other benefit options are available.

• Moving violations: No more than 1 serious traffic violation in the last year.
• Accidents: No critical accidents in the last year.
• DUI: None in the last 4 years.

CDL-A TEAM DRIVER | HOME WEEKLY OR EVERY OTHER WEEK | UP TO $0.74/MILE

Home Time: Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver's domicile

Compensation

Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74/mile. Pay is based on verified experience.

Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52/mile. Pay is based on verified experience.

Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.

Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 - $1,850

$8,000 sign on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver). Must have previously teamed together for 90 days. FL and CA based drivers excluded.
