Job summary

Aardvark Studios seeks an experienced CDL A or B Tour Driver to support a nationwide experiential marketing program. You will safely operate branded tour vehicles and lead on-site setup and breakdown of mobile event environments.

The role requires a clean driving record, 3+ years of CDL experience, and the ability to work on the road with a small touring team. Excellent communication and mechanical aptitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL license is required.
• 3+ years of experience operating CDL vehicles (tour bus/Prevost and truck/trailer combos preferred).
• Clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and electronic logging devices (ELD).
• FTA permit experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client-facing professionalism.
• Mechanically and technically inclined.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Comfortable working independently and in a small touring team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain Class A/B CDL vehicles including tour buses and tractor-trailer combos.
• Conduct DOT inspections and ensure full DOT compliance and ELD usage.
• Lead setup and breakdown of event footprint and branded assets.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/technical issues in the field and coordinate repairs.
• Represent Aardvark Studios professionally with clients and partners.
• Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance and timely repairs.

In this role, you will safely operate and manage a branded tour vehicle across the country while leading on-site setup and breakdown of mobile event environments. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate and maintain Class A or B CDL vehicle(s), including truck/trailer combinations and tour bus.
• Conduct required DOT inspections and maintain full compliance with DOT regulations and ELD usage
• Lead setup and breakdown of event footprint, including tents, tables, interactive elements, and branded assets
• Troubleshoot mechanical and technical challenges in the field
• Coordinate routine maintenance and necessary vehicle repairs
• Represent Aardvark Studios and our clients with professionalism at all times

What makes you the ideal candidate:
