Position Overview

We're seeking a CDL A or CDL B Driver to operate a company dump truck and transport scrap metal throughout the local area. This is a hands-on position that includes loading, hauling, and unloading materials while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company dump truck
• Load and unload scrap metal at local customer and vendor locations
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checksSecure loads and ensure safe transportation of materials
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Assist with general yard duties as needed
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A or Class B License
• Experience operating large commercial trucks
• Experience operating dump trucks
• Clean driving record and strong safety mindset
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to perform physical work as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Roll-Off Truck Experience (Highly Preferred)
• Previous scrap metal, recycling, or construction industry experience
