Groome Industrial Service Group is seeking an Operator (CDL) to join our team. The operator will maintain and operate equipment between client locations, ensuring safety and compliance with all procedures.

Ideal candidates possess a valid CDL, basic math and reading/writing skills, and the ability to perform inspections, travel, and overtime as required. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable equipment operation across national sites.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hazmat endorsement recommended but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment between locations.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report deficiencies.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety policies at all times.
• Assist in job setup, planning, and equipment selection.
• Communicate job progress to management and customers.
