Job summary

Synagro in Oklahoma City is seeking a robust equipment operator to safely operate a range of heavy and agricultural machinery, load and deliver material, and support field operations. You will travel between job sites, perform daily inspections, and act as a brand ambassador in client interactions.

The role requires at least 2–3 years of related driving or equipment experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid license (CDL Class A preferred).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid Driver's License; CDL Class A preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of project work experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years commercial driving/heavy or agricultural equipment experience preferred.
• Safe driving record: No serious tickets or accidents in last 5 years or DWI/DUI in last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck/equipment in a safe manner at all times
• Perform loading, unloading, and timely delivery of material to assigned/approved destination
• Travel from job site to job site or plant to job site. May involve overnight travel
• Clean bio‑solids off truck/equipment before leaving the field site or landfill
• Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public
• Conduct daily inspections and perform preventative maintenance on the truck/equipment
• Perform shop clean up, maintenance, and equipment/tools setup
• Maintain operation records
