Job summary

A. Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, motivated full-time CDL-A Night Shuttle Driver in East Brunswick, NJ. You will be driving a day cab tractor pulling a 53’ trailer to other Pyle terminals.

Earn $36.65 per hour with weekly pay Friday via direct deposit and overtime after 40 hours. Home daily, Monday-Friday (Overnight schedule). Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match and profit sharing are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required to operate the vehicle.
• Hazmat endorsement required to start.
• Tanker endorsement to start or willingness to obtain in 90 days.
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Must hold or obtain a valid interstate DOT medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• No more than three moving violations or accidents in the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Drive a day cab tractor pulling a 53’ trailer to other Pyle terminals.
• Complete overnight trips between various Pyle locations.
• Ensure security and safety of the tractor and freight; follow FMCSA safety rules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

CDL-A Night Shuttle Driver qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Hazmat is required to start
• Tanker endorsement to start or willingness to obtain in 90 days
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor trailer experience
• Currently hold, or obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• No more than three moving violations and or accidents within the last three years, subject to review
• Ability to communicate effectively; must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance

CDL-A Night Shuttle Driver responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Completing overnight trips between various Pyle locations
