US Foods is seeking Delivery Drivers in Burlington, NC, with start wages at $24.50 per hour plus component pay. You will safely drive to customers, unload using equipment, verify deliveries with signatures, and provide exceptional customer service.

Applicants must hold a CDL Class A, be 21+, and register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse. Minimum driving experience is six months (or three months in food/beverage delivery), with pre/post-trip inspections part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid CDL Class A.
• Six months of commercial driving experience OR three months in food/beverage delivery.
• Able to read/communicate in English and sign for deliveries.
• Must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet delivery times.
• Unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand.
• Verify delivery with customers and obtain signatures.
• Handle collections and payments when applicable.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on equipment.
• Provide professional customer service to enhance the client experience.
