Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for its Dedicated Driving division. You will haul motorcycle parts and engines in dry van trailers with 100% no-touch freight and frequent drop-and-hook.

The routes cover multiple states including FL, IL, IN, NC, OH, PA, SC, VA and WI. Compensation includes mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, a $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for the first 90 days, sign-on bonuses and an annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must live within 65 miles of Carlisle, PA.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
