Job summary

Schneider National is seeking Team Dedicated drivers to haul motorcycle parts and engines in dry van trailers. This 100% no-touch freight with 60% drop-and-hook offers about seven loads per week and routes east of the Rocky Mountains.

Participants can earn a weekly guarantee of $1,000 in the first 90 days, plus sign-on bonuses and annual bonus opportunities. Comprehensive benefits, training, and paid orientation are included.

• Must be a formed team.
• Live within 75 miles of Carlisle, PA or York, PA.
• Valid Class A CDL.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
