Schneider National is hiring dedicated drivers to haul home improvement supplies in dry van trailers. This role features 100% no-touch freight with about 90% drop-and-hook, and routes across AR, IA, IL, IN, KS, MO, NE and OK.

Expect weekly pay, trip-based mileage pay, and an on-going opportunity to grow with the company. New drivers receive a $1,000 weekly guarantee in their first 90 days, plus annual bonus potential and sign-on options depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• HazMat endorsement due within 90 days of hire; training assistance provided.
• Live within 80 miles of Columbia, MO, to be eligible.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire - Schneider's self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 80 miles of Columbia, MO.
