Schneider National, a leading truckload carrier, is seeking drivers for Team Dedicated routes in the Midwest, Northeast and South. Haul 100% no-touch freight in dry van trailers with steady miles and dependable weekly paychecks.

Job description

Overview

• Haul 100% no-touch freight in dry van trailers.
• 60% drop-and-hook.
• 10-15 loads per week with 2-4 stop-offs per load.
• Drive within the Midwest, Northeast and South.
• Take your dog or cat on the road with our Team Pet Policy.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
