Job summary

Schneider National is hiring for a Team Dedicated driver to haul 100% no-touch freight in dry van trailers across the Midwest, Northeast and South. The work includes 60% drop-and-hook and 10-15 loads per week with 2-4 stop-offs per load, and you may take your dog or cat on the road under the Team Pet Policy.

You’ll receive mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, a guaranteed weekly minimum during ramp-up, a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly installments, paid orientation, time off after

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
