Job summary

Schneider Dedicated driving for Kroger seeks qualified CDL-A holders for night routes in the Ohio region. Trucks haul reefer freight with 90% no touch and 30% drop-and-hook, averaging $1,350–$1,650 weekly and daily home time.

Night shifts, orientation, and comprehensive benefits are provided to SOC drivers in IN/MI/OH/WV territories. Earn sign-on bonuses of $10,000 for experienced and $5,000 for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 months, plus PTO, annual bonus, and 401(k) with company match.

Overview

• Reefer trailer hauling frozen and refrigerated goods.

• 90% no hand touch and 30% drop-and-hook freight.

• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.

• 6 loads per week with 1-2 stop-offs loads.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

• Weekly performance pay.

• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.

• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.

• Paid orientation.

• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

• Valid Commercial Learner's Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training).

• Drivers on this account are required to drive at night.
