Job summary

Schneider National is seeking qualified CDL drivers for its dedicated reefer hauling teams. You’ll run on a schedule with 6 loads per week, 1–2 stops, and steady home time across IN, MI, OH and WV.

Expect 90% no touch and 30% drop-and-hook freight, with opportunities to advance through company paid CDL training. This role includes comprehensive benefits, sign-on bonuses up to $10,000, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, and a 401(k) with company match.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training).

• Live within 70 miles of Delaware, OH.
