Job summary

Schneider National is seeking dedicated truck drivers for a Midwest-focused route hauling reefer trailers with frozen and refrigerated cargo. Most loads are no touch and drop-and-hook, with 6 loads per week and 1–2 stops per load, and night driving required.

You’ll operate across IN, MI, OH and WV with reliable home time and strong earning potential. You’ll receive mileage and load pay, hourly pay while on duty, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 (experienced) or $5,000

• Valid CDL required and legal to drive in the United States.
• Night driving is required for this account.
• Live within 70 miles of Delaware, OH.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training).
• Drivers on this account are required to drive at night.
• Live within 70 miles of Delaware, OH.
