Job summary

Schneider is hiring a dedicated flatbed truck driver to haul PODS containers across the 48 states. Expect 2–3 loads per week with 3–6 stop-offs per load, and reliable home time with monthly time at home.

Average pay is $1,325–$1,625 weekly, with mileage pay and on-duty hourly pay. Sign-on bonuses of $3,000 (experienced) or $1,500 (inexperienced) are paid over 12 months, plus a range of benefits and paid orientation.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
