Job summary

Schneider National is seeking professional CDL A drivers to haul containers on flatbed trailers across the continental United States. You will strap and secure PODS containers to flatbeds and handle 2–3 loads per week with 2–5 stop-offs per load.

This position offers mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, a weekly guaranteed minimum during the first 90 days, sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, time off after 6 months, and a comprehensive benefits package with 401(k) matching.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
