Job summary

Schneider National in Minnesota is seeking drivers for dedicated flatbed hauling. You will transport building materials on flatbed trailers, unload with moffetts, and deliver to homeowners, job sites, and businesses, with regular slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.

The role offers weekly pay, a $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers and $5,000 for new drivers, paid orientation, time off after 6 months plus holiday pay, and an annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
