Job summary

Wagman, Inc. is seeking a Concrete Mixer Operator/CDL Driver for its Latex Division to service the Mid-Atlantic and South Atlantic regions. The role involves moving volumetric mixer trucks, loading materials, and operating loaders and pumps on job sites.

Starting pay is $28.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience, with start date targeted for February 2026. This safety-sensitive position requires a CDL A with Tanker Endorsement and willingness to travel across PA, MD, DE, VA, NC, and NY.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required with Tanker endorsement.
• Endorsement N required; no L, Z, E, or O restrictions.
• Willing to travel across several states.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred; equipment experience helpful.
• Experience operating wheel loaders and backhoes is a plus.
• Excel competency a plus.
• Experience driving a manual transmission and pulling a 5th wheel trailer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move mixer trucks and tanker trailers to and from job sites.
• Maintain driver logs and batch records per policy.
• Pass courses and maintain certifications to batch concrete from volumetric mixers.
• Stage batch areas for latex operations and load materials.
• Operate mixers and loading equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and support safety procedures.
