Job summary

Wagman is seeking a Concrete Mixer Operator/CDL Driver to join our Latex Division in the Mid-Atlantic region. The role involves operating volumetric mixers, loading materials, and transporting to various sites with a CDL Class A license.

This safety-sensitive position requires travel, compliance with our Federal Contractor status, and adherence to Wagman’s safety guidelines. Competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required with N endorsement; no L, Z, E, or O restriction.
• Willingness to travel.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred; experience operating wheel loaders and backhoe is a plus.
• Excel competency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move mixer trucks and tanker trailers to and from job sites.
• Maintain driver logs.
• Pass courses and maintain certifications required to batch concrete from a volumetric mixer.
• Staging batch areas for latex operations.
• Loading sand and stone into mixers with front end loaders, backhoes and other equipment.
• Loading mixers with latex and water via gas powered pumps.
• Loading mixers with cement via compressed air.
• Operate controls on mixer to wash out and clean mixing auger.
• Train with other operators to load volumetric mixers and produce latex concrete.
• Perform work safely per Wagman’s guidelines and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
