Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking drivers to operate DFA tank trailers, transporting raw milk from farms to processing plants. You will take quality samples, measure loads, and minimize idle time while adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL in state of residence.
• Clear English communication (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of DOT rules and safety regulations.
• Must meet MVR and pre-employment background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT and DFA safety policies.
• Perform tasks such as lifting, connecting hoses, climbing ladders, and hooking/unhooking trailers.
• Verify load documentation and seals to ensure proper delivery and destination.
• Disassemble and clean trailer pumps to maintain food-grade cleanliness.
• Represent DFA positively during interactions with customers and regulatory personnel.
