Dairy Farmers of America is seeking CDL drivers to safely operate DFA tank trailers delivering raw milk from farms to processing plants. You will follow dispatch schedules, take quality control samples, and minimize idle times while maintaining fuel efficiency.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, high school diploma or GED, and DOT knowledge. Competitive pay, weekend premium, OT, bonuses, and 401(k) match are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT rules and safety regulations.
• Clear English communication (written and verbal).
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work independently; able to follow dispatch directions.

Responsabilités

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT and DFA safety policies.
• Perform physical tasks: lifting, connecting/disconnecting hoses, climbing ladders, hooking/unhooking trailers.
• Verify load documentation (load number, seal numbers) for delivery destination.
• Disassemble, clean, and re-assemble trailer pumps for food-grade cleanliness.
• Represent DFA positively in interactions with customers and regulators.
