Job summary

All Roads is seeking an experienced CDL-A truck driver to operate on the East Coast and deliver Vermeer equipment from Annapolis Junction, MD. The position requires occasional overnight travel and a clean driving record with at least 3 years of CDL-A delivery experience, including forklift handling.

This full-time role offers hourly pay of $32–$34, overtime opportunities, and a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A license.
• Clean driving record (insurable under company policy).
• At least 3 years of recent CDL-A driving/delivery experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• Heavy equipment hauling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver Vermeer equipment along the East Coast.
• Perform DOT-compliant pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain driver logs.
• Secure equipment on trailers using chains, binders and straps.
• Remain alert and follow all safety procedures and DOT regulations.
• Communicate effectively with employees, dispatch, and customers.
• Average of ~1 overnight per week.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
