Looking for a steady CDL-A position that keeps you close to home? We are hiring an experienced CDL-A Yard Spotter / Switcher Driver in Lafayette, Louisiana.

This is a dedicated local position offering hourly pay, overtime after 40 hours, daily home time, no driver unloading, and a consistent Monday–Friday workweek.

PAY & BONUSES

• $24.00 per hour
• $36.00 per hour overtime after 40 hours
• Average approximately $1,200–$1,300+ per week
• $200 quarterly safety bonus
• Holiday and vacation pay based on average prior earnings

SCHEDULE & HOME TIME

• Home daily
• Primarily Monday–Friday
• Yard/Switcher shifts may include:
  • 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Current yard needs may include 3rd shift
• Occasional weekend work may be required based on operational needs
