Job summary

POOLCORP, Medley, FL is hiring CDL drivers for local deliveries, with home every night and a standard schedule Monday–Friday, 7am–4:30pm. Expect 40+ hours weekly and a safety-first environment that rewards performance.

You will earn $23–$25 per hour plus up to $3,000 annually in bonuses; a generous benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, holidays, life and disability insurance, parental leave, and tuition programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL with HazMat endorsement preferred.
• MVR/PSP: no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic PC familiarity.
• Experience with DOT/FMCSR compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safely, complete and on-time deliveries following DOT rules.
• Load/unload, secure goods, separate hazardous materials as required.
• Collect payments and document deliveries accurately.
• Maintain FMCSR compliance and vehicle inspections (pre/post-trip).
• Keep vehicle clean and presentable; report maintenance needed.
• Increase product knowledge and perform other duties as assigned.
