Job summary

Sysco Corp. is seeking a driver to safely transport food products from the warehouse to customer locations using a tractor-trailer. You will unload at delivery, scan items, and store them per company standards, following all safety and DOT guidelines.

The role requires a Class A CDL, high school education or equivalent, and the ability to read and speak English for reports and customer communication. Overnight/ varied schedules may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Completion of a tractor trailer driving school is acceptable in addition to a high school diploma.
• Must have ability to read/speak English sufficiently to interact with customers and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports product from warehouse to customer locations on assigned routes.
• Unloads products from trailer using hand cart; scans and stores as required.
• Maintains DOT logs and completes required paperwork accurately and daily.
• Ensures product safety and sanitation in vehicle and delivery process.
• Communicates route or loading issues to management; maintains regular attendance.
• Operates equipment safely and follows all safety guidelines.
