Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking delivery drivers to support our foodservice distribution network in Omaha, NE. The role requires driving tractors and straight trucks, performing safety checks, and delivering orders on time while maintaining high customer service standards.

Employees receive comprehensive benefits from Day 1, and there is potential for overtime and overnight routes with stipends. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• 12+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A license.
• DOT Health Card and ability to secure one.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Clean MVR last 3 years.
• Pass pre-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Drive tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, including OTR, shuttle, and overnight routes.
• Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Deliver and unload foods and related products on schedule and verify invoices and signatures.
• Maintain accurate logs of hours of service and complete required paperwork.
• Follow company safety policies and secure cargo and equipment.
