Job summary

Performance Food Group in the United States is seeking a local, night-shift CDL-A Driver to deliver food and related products to customers. You will perform pre/post trip inspections, load and unload, and ensure secure, accurate deliveries while maintaining DOT compliance.

You are the face of the company on the road, building relationships with customers and handling paperwork as required. A high school diploma, CDL-A, and a clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license is required.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Current DOT Health Card or ability to obtain one.
• Must pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations and inspects tractor/trailer.
• Drives to deliver customer orders according to route schedule; unloads and places products in designated areas.
• Verifies delivery with customer signatures; collects payments where required.
• Completes daily hours-of-service logs per Federal DOT/state requirements.
• Performs general housekeeping and secures equipment and freight as required.
