C3 Trucking is seeking a dependable truck driver located within 35 miles of Racine, WI. This full-time position offers a competitive pay structure starting at 0.48 CPM, with the potential for increases based on annual performance. Our drivers enjoy various financial incentives, including live load pay and bonuses for specialized loads, totaling an average of $1500 weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of class A experience with a 53-foot trailer.
• Must pass a hair and urine drug test.
• Clean background and MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Drive to Chicago rail yards daily.
• Complete Hazmat training within 90 days of hire.
• Possibility to transfer to a more desirable shift after 6 months.

Details:

W2 account

Intermodal Account

Must live within 35 miles of Racine WI

Monday - Friday

Start Time: 1300 (1:00 PM)

New drivers start @ 0.48 CPM regardless of experience and will earn a 0.01 CPM increase every year after they are hired up to 0.55 CPM

All Hub miles paid equal loaded/empty

$65 for live load by customer (approximately 20% live load)

$40 for drop & hook at CUSTOMER regardless of pickup or delivery (Approximately 80% drop & hook)

$25 extra per Hazmat load

$30 extra per Refrigerated load

$15 for any empty move and $23 - $55 for crosstown drop depending on the ramp distance.

$20/hr of rail delay (after 1 hour wait)

$20/hr after 1.5 hour wait -- Then $25/hr after the 1st hour

Ramp Specific Training After Orientation: Training will last at least 5 full days for new hires. Training Pay is $250 per day

• 100% no touch!
• Hazmat is required within 90 days of hire. * If obtained after hire, account will reimburse. Driver will need to provide paperwork.
• Drivers will go to Chicago rail yards daily
• Drivers could potentially have the option to transfer to a more desirable shift after 6 months
