Job summary

Contract Lumber, Inc. in Clinton, South Carolina is seeking a CDL-A Truck Driver for local runs with home every night. You will load, secure, and deliver material, inspect vehicles, and maintain required paperwork.

Based on experience with a Monday–Friday 1st shift, 40 hours per week and overtime when needed. We offer full benefits, profit sharing and a 401K plan as part of a supportive, team‑oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• CDL A license required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Clean driving record per DOT requirements.
• Willingness to learn Piggyback/Princeton forklift.
• Strong teamwork and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and deliver material.
• Inspections of delivery vehicles per DOT requirements.
• Maintain all required paperwork.
• Check load for accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with employees, management, and customers.
• Ensure loads are safely secured before leaving yard or job site.
