Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Tennessee is seeking CDL-A drivers to deliver food products. You will operate tractor-trailer or straight trucks on intrastate and interstate routes, ensuring safe, on-time deliveries and professional customer interactions.

The schedule is a 4‑day work week (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri) with start around 2:30 AM and 5–6 hour days. Starting pay is $25.70 per hour with Day 1 benefits, 401(k) matching, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license is required.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Inspect and secure loads and complete required paperwork.
• Ensure tractor, trailer, and freight are secured at all times.
• Maintain daily logs and hours-of-service compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all company policies and standards.
