Cowell Steel Structures, LLC in Pottsville, Arkansas, is seeking a dependable CDL Class A Driver to join our team. We operate Class A sleeper trucks and hotshot trucks; drivers assist with loading/unloading and ensure deliveries are safe, accurate, and on time.

The role includes inspections, DOT paperwork management, and maintaining equipment. We value safety, teamwork, reliability, and pride in your work. This is a full-time position based in Pottsville.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with Air Brake Endorsement (implied)
• Minimum 1 year Class A driving experience
• Sleeper truck experience required
• Flatbed hauling experience required
• Hotshot truck experience preferred
• Clean driving record
• Must be at least 25 years old
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Good communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Safely transport steel building materials to customer sites.
• Operate sleeper and hotshot trucks as assigned.
• Load and assist with unloading materials.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain DOT paperwork and delivery records.
• Assist with basic equipment upkeep and vehicle maintenance.
• Provide professional customer service and represent Cowell Steel Structures.
• Follow all safety policies and DOT regulations

Cowell Steel Structures, LLC is a growing steel building manufacturer located in Pottsville, Arkansas. We are looking for a dependable, safety-minded CDL Class A Driver to join our team.

This position is more than just driving. Our drivers are an important part of our operation and help ensure our deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time. We operate Class A sleeper trucks and hotshot trucks. Our drivers assist with loading and unloading, take pride in maintaining their equipment, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport steel building materials to customer job sites.
• Operate sleeper trucks and hotshot trucks as assigned.
• Load and assist with unloading materials.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain DOT paperwork and delivery records.
• Help maintain assigned trucks and trailers by performing inspections, checking lights, reporting issues, and assisting with basic equipment upkeep.
• Provide professional customer service and represent Cowell Steel Structures.
• Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations.
