Job summary

Sysco is seeking a delivery driver to transport and deliver products to customers, operating a tractor-trailer with a focus on safety and accuracy. You will unload goods, complete required documentation, and uphold food-safety guidelines in all weather and loading conditions.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid Class A CDL, and at least one year of driving experience. Evening dispatch, weekend coverage, and overtime are common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
• Completion of a tractor trailer driving school will be accepted in lieu of, or in addition to, a diploma.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for communication and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload products to customer locations according to invoices and company standards.
• Safely transport product from warehouse to customers in a tractor trailer; maintain safety protocols.
• Complete logs and reports (DOT logs, inspections, vehicle maintenance) accurately and timely.
