Job summary

Sysco is seeking a dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to safely operate a tractor-trailer and unload/deliver meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and supplies to customer locations on an assigned route schedule.

Our drivers build relationships with customers using a positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations. Most drivers are home nightly with daily routes and competitive pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid Class A CDL with insurability standards.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public and to understand signs and reports.
• Ability to lift/move 40–100 pounds repeatedly.
• Overtime, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver products to customer locations.
• Unload and deliver orders on an assigned route.
• Build relationships with customers through a positive, friendly attitude and knowledge of their operations.
